For 100 years, the Hudyncia family has been proud to farm in the heart of the Mohawk Valley. Nestled among the rolling hills of Fort Plain, New York, Hu-Hill Farm is a family-owned dairy, beef, and produce operation dedicated to providing high-quality food while caring for the land for future generations. 

Today, Hu-Hill Farm milks approximately 65 registered Holstein cows, producing organic milk that is shipped to Organic Valley. Along with their dairy herd, the family also raises beef cattle and grows fresh produce, continuing a tradition of hard work, stewardship, and sustainable agriculture. 

Owned and operated by Rob and Shirley Hudyncia, together with their children Julia (Steve) Davis, Ryan (Megan), and grandchildren Michael and Maya, Hu-Hill Farm is built on the values of family, dedication, and community. Whether caring for their animals, maintaining the farmland, or supporting local events and organizations, the Hudyncia family is committed to preserving their agricultural heritage while looking toward the future.
